GMIC Tel-Aviv

One of the most influential conference series in the mobile industry, GMIC is coming to Israel on 22nd March, 2016. The conference will focus on innovation, new startups, mobile marketing, big data and IoT, giving a platform for conversations among industry leaders. With the theme “Think Ahead”, GMIC Tel-Aviv will discover new trends and future technologies.

We are delighted to announce that we have senior leaders from China’s internet giants taking part in GMIC Tel-Aviv:

Fu Sheng, CEO, Cheetah Mobile

Fu Sheng joined ‘3721’ in 2003 and joined Qihoo 360 in 2005. He led the team that launched cyber safety software “360 Safety Guard”. In 2008 he joined Matrix Partners China as VP and in 2010 he became the CEO of Cheetah Mobile and led its public listing in 2014. In late 2014, Cheetah mobile was valued 2.85 billion  dollars.

Julian Ma, VP, Tencent

Julian Ma has been with Tencent since 2008. He oversees Tencent’s map , internet of Vehicles and search business. Prior to his current position, he led Tencent’s corporate strategy. Mr.Ma is a recognized expert in the internet and technology space. He also has extensive experience with consumer goods, retail and logistics. Mr. Ma was previously with A.T. Kearney, a global management consultancy, where he was Principal and the Head of Communication & High-Tech Practice in Greater China. Mr.Ma also worked for Motorola in cellular network business. Mr.Ma received B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

Li Mingyuan, VP, Baidu

Li Mingyuan was born in Lanzhou, Gansu. He is currently the Vice President and E-Staff (Baidu core management team) member of Chinese internet giant Baidu. He joined Baidu in 2004, and prior to his current position, Li Mingyuan was product manager of BaiduTieba, general manager of e-Commerce business division and general manager of Baidu Mobile • Cloud BU. Li Mingyuan received his bachelor’s degree in Literature from Communication University of China, and then he obtained his master’s degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Wang Chuan, Co-founder, Xiaomi

Wang Chuan is the leader of Xiaomi TV division. Mr. Wang led the development of AppleTV system and developed Xiaomi Box in 2012. The first Xiaomi TV was published in 2013 and has gained huge success.

Xiaopeng He, Co-founder and President of Product, Alibaba UCWeb

Xiaopeng He is the Co-founder and President of product at UCWeb Inc., one of  China’s biggest mobile internet software and service provider. UCWeb was acquired by China’s e-commerce giant Alibaba Group in June 2014 in the largest M&A deal ever in Chinese internet industry.
