iTunes_iPad_screenmocks_Chinesecn4-1Cooliris, a popular new photo sharing and photo discovery social app for iOS, has just given word that they will be partnering with China’s Tencent and Russia’s Yandex. This move will add support for Tencent Weibo and Yandex.Images services, both popular for sharing photos in their respective markets. Additionally, Cooliris has announced support for Evernote, Tumblr, and SkyDrive.

Since its release early last year, Cooliris has gained a large following and fanbase with its almost seamless ability to integrate photos together on one platform. Cooliris was a particular favorite for the press at GMIC 2013 this year. They have created a high quality product, and their team is very enthusiastic about what they do.

Localization of the services in China and Russia will only add to their already very international reach. For those in China interested to try it out, services already include RenRen and Instagram,  According to Cooliris, they are currently #1 on the iPad Lifestyle category in 75 countries and include service for 20 different social networks and photo services.

Other services added for the release include hashtag and username search integration for Facebook and Instagram. For Facebook specifically, users can also like and add captions to photos as well as follow users from within the app.
