G-Trip India: Insights into the Indian Mobile Internet Industry

G-Trip India:

Insights into the Indian Mobile Internet Industry

Time: January 16th-19th, 2012

Destination:  Mumbai, India

Target participants: CXOs and VP of Internet Companies and Mobile Internet Companies (or equivalent)

Introduction:

India is emerging as one of the biggest mobile internet markets.  Currently, India has nearly 1 billion mobile internet subscribers making it the second largest market in the world. Additionally, it has one of the lowest voice tariffs on the planet.  Since the introduction of 3G and 4G, the market has reached the stage where subscribers are beginning to choose their operators on the basis of what type of value added services rather than strictly price.

On January 16th-19th, 2012, a Great Wall Club (GWC) delegation of senior executives from China and Japan’s mobile Internet industry will be visiting India in an effort to stay current with the latest industry trends in India.

They will attend the top-level, Click Asia Summit 2012 and MVAS 2012 conferences.  These are two back-to-back elite mobile Internet related events in Mumbai where the Chinese delegates will be able to speak to their Indian counterparts openly.  During this trip, we will also have the chance to meet and discuss the latest mobile trends with top smart-phone producers in Mumbai. We will also hold  Elite Executive Monday dinner in Mumbai with industry leaders from India.
